Airbus China COO with Team Visited HMC

On March 13^th, Airbus China COO, Erik BUSCHMANN with team visited HMC. Accompanied by HMC management team, they visited the workshop production to learn about the current operation and examined the development of HMC from a strategic perspective.

At the welcome meeting, HMC management presented the company's overview, production, HSE management to Airbus China visitors. Then, accompanied by HMC Management, they visited the production workshop and inspected our production process, equipment and quality; Understood our digital progress, standardized operations, lean management, etc. During the visit, the visiting team stopped and bent down to observe the manual lay-up operation and examine NDT methods, observed every production process from zero distance, and exchanged opinions on production management. Our comprehensive quality control process and standardized on-site management have deeply impressed the Airbus China visit team.

After the visit the management and Erik BUSCHMANN team engaged in communication on the board report which summarized the 2023 operation and discussed the Purpose and Strategy for 2024. Both parties focused on people development, product delivery, China-EU cooperation to propose ideas and directions for the current situation and future development trends of HMC.

This visit gave the Airbus China an intuitive understanding of HMC operation. In the future, we will continue to work with Airbus to deliver new journeys with high quality and provide excellent service to global customers.
