HMC Held 1st Quarterly Communications

HMC held 1^st Quarterly Communications on April 16^th.

At the communication meeting, 2024 HMC Top Company Objectives was introduced to all employees. Through the deployment around operational objectives, strategic objectives, and department objectives, we will strive to deliver all projects in Horizon 1 of our "Fit For Growth" strategy with all departments effort. Dashboard with HMC KPIs status and target risks are presented to ensure everyone understanding the top priorities for HMC and contributing to company level KPIs.

Then, the GM shared the survey result of HMC values iteration and co-creation we just performed, which is "Teamwork, Reliability, Professionalism, Integrity, Commitment". This value, which comes from the participation and selection of every HMC employee, will accumulate into our cultural genes and reflect in HMC management and operation. In terms of EHS wok, the management team also designed a safety activity calendar with EHS, and carried out a variety of interesting and informative activities in each month to keep safety in everyone’s mind. At the same time, the top 3 winner teams of 2023 Unsafe Condition Hunter were awarded to enhance the risk awareness of all staff. The final announcement is the upcoming HMC 15 ^th anniversary and Family Day event.

Taking the new HMC Value as the guide, let's keep the highest safety standard to improve continuously to achieve the HMC top company objectives, and ensure strategic implementation to deliver commitments to customers.
