2024 HMC All Staff Symposium & New Year Party Held Successfully

Building our dreams with one heart for fourteen years, walking proudly for another year. On February 2nd, 2024 HMC All Staff Symposium & New Year Party was successfully held. The management team and all the employees gathered together, looking back on the journey of struggle, taking stock of brilliant achievements, and opening a new chapter in New Year.

春華秋實(shí)，共鑄卓越成就

The All Staff Symposium was kicked off with GM& DGM’s speech. They stated with confidence that it was the most successful year for HMC so far. With the efforts of all employees, HMC's popularity continues to increase, constantly advancing towards our Purpose of “to become a World leader in composite aerostructures and China-EU cooperation”. More importantly, we have reached profitability, ensured the safe operation is stable and effective and reached the benchmark achievement of 1 million hours and 2 years accident free. Achieving all the operational indicators with continuously improving production efficiency and delivery quantity, meanwhile, we have a progressively improving operation to implement the first steps of our “Fit For Growth” strategy. In 2024, we will follow the next steps in that strategy to deliver more projects while dealing with many challenges, and need to push for excellence in everything we do, continue to be a benchmark and continue to grow HMC.

Struggle for HMC with the original heart and forge ahead for HMC with excellent efforts. To gratitude to the employees for their companionships and innovations, the management recognized those who won the 5-year and 10-year Seniority award, Top 3 of Best Idea Award, Improvement Project Award & PPS Award. It motivates everyone to inherit the unwavering enthusiasm of seniority employees, and relay the innovative power of our examples in pursuing excellence.

辭舊迎新，攜手踏歌向前

At the beginning of the New Year Party, the management team celebrated the New Year with a dragon dance in the blessing of the auspicious dragon circling. As the lights lit up, applause and cheers ignited under the night. The lucky draw was announced one after another which pushed the atmosphere to a climax; the moving songs was presented one by one which let the passion burn to boil. Different languages convey the same wishes, different gains share the same joy. On this warm Chinese New Year's Eve, we are filled with expectations to sit together and communicate with each, ending the old year with singing, and celebrating the new year with laughter.

Standing at a new starting point of looking into the future, we bid farewell to 2023 with a reunion feast. In 2024, let's keep up with the recovery of the aviation industry, walk along the path of high-quality delivery and navigate the waves of opportunities and challenges in the new spring.
